1. Studio Muzyczne Wariacja (SMW) reserves the right to introduce changes in the Privacy Policy. The current version of the Privacy Policy applies to all customers of SMW and users of the website or the magazines/newsletters belonging to SMW. No changes can influence the basic rule – SMW does not sell or make available the personal details or address of its customers or users of its websites and magazines/newsletters.



2. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please refrain from visiting the websites, subscribing to the magazines/newsletters and purchasing the products and services offered by SMW.



3. Personal Details.
   While using the websites belonging to SMW you might be asked to provide personal details by filling in a form or otherwise. The details you will be asked for in most cases comprise your name and e-mail address. When filling in order forms you will be asked to provide full personal details.
   We only require details that are necessary for the website to work. Refraining from providing the details will result in blocking the action which the details were referring to.



4. Subscribing to free magazines/newsletters Subscribing to electronic and free magazines/newsletters belonging to SMW requires providing your name and e-mail address in the appropriate form fields. Those form fields are compulsory.
   The acquired details will be added to the mailing list of the e-zin. The e-mail address is necessary to send the issue of the newsletter to the subscriber. The name enables SMW to address the subscribers by their names.



5. Unexpected Messages
   SMW reserves the right to send unexpected messages to people whose contact details are listed in its database and who accepted the Privacy Policy.
   By unexpected messages SMW means information referring directly to its websites, magazines, services and products (e.g. changes, SMW's special offers), non-commercial letters (e.g. seasonal greetings, personal comments etc.) and commercial information ordered and paid for by clients of SMW.
   Entities ordering commercial mailing do not have access to contact details of the people on SMW's mailing lists.
   Commercial information is filtered as much as it is possible, its volume is limited and it is sent infrequently.



6. Public Personal Details
   Personal details provided on websites belonging to SMW when sending comments to articles, forum board replies etc. are available to all people visiting pages that include those details. SMW has no way of securing you from private people or companies who take advantage of these details to send you some kind of information. Hence these details are not bound by our Privacy Policy.



7. Other forms
   The guest forms displayed on websites belonging to SMW and referring to services, products, websites and magazines not managed by SMW are not bound by our Privacy Policy.



8. Internet Cookies
   Some areas of websites belonging to SMW might use Internet cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the user's computer, which identify them in order to simplify or cancel an operation. Cookies are harmless both to the computer and its users and their data. The condition for the cookies to work is accepting them by the Internet browser and not removing them from the hard drive.



9. Ordering services and products
   Ordering services and products offered by SMW requires providing fuller personal details in the appropriate form field. Compulsory fields are marked.
   Before the purchase transaction in our online store is completed we are going to ask you for your first and last name, address, phone number and the form of payment.
   The details collected during the registration will be used only to enable you to log onto our system. The registration is compulsory if you wish to make a purchase. The details collected during the transaction will be used to complete the transaction, including money transfer and dispatch of the ordered items.



10. In case of inspection of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) your details might be made available to GIODO officers with accordance to the respective law on personal data protection. If you have completed a purchase of an item, you might receive e-mails concerning this transaction. We might also contact you by phone if we have important information about your transaction.



11. After logon and choosing 'Details' tab you can make changes to or remove the details which were collected on registration and used for logging onto the system and sending you our newsletter. The details used for purchases cannot be changed or removed, as they become a part of the receipt or the invoice.
    The communication between your computer and our server on personal details collection is secure and encrypted by SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Moreover, our database is secured against third party intrusion.
